Melbourne University
Baseball Club
If you have time for baseball, we have time for you.
Founded in 1926, the Melbourne University Baseball Club has long been a home for students, alumni, and friends of the University of Melbourne who share a love of the game.
We play winter baseball, with our seniors’ and women’s teams competing in the Melbourne Winter Baseball League, from A Grade through to D Reserve.
We’re proud to foster an inclusive, supportive community where players of all abilities, genders, and backgrounds can enjoy baseball.
On the field and off it, UMBC has a vibrant social culture and a strong record of success in both local competitions and national intervarsity events.

Celebrating 100 years of UMBC
As part of our centenary celebrations, we’re proud to share a documentary that captures the spirit, history, and people who make our club what it is. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Centenary Gala and helped make the milestone unforgettable.
A special thank‑you to the team at The Content Engine and Melbourne University Sport for bringing this project to life. Happy Centenary to every one of you and to the University of Melbourne Baseball Club!
