registration & fees
In order to take the field at UMBC, you must complete TWO registration steps before participating in a match:

Baseball Victoria Registration
This registration covers your player insurance and Baseball Victoria costs. Registration must be completed via the Baseball Victoria portal. Existing players must login using their existing account. New players must create a new account.
NOTE: If you have problems logging in or creating an account, Contact Baseball Victoria Office on 9645 8000 and ask for Allie Bebbere.
No player can participate in an official match until this registration has been paid and completed. Each game a player plays unregistered, the club is fined. This fine will be forwarded to the offending player.
The BV Registration for the 2025 Winter season will be opening soon.

UMBC Club Fees
These fees go towards club costs, such as team entry fees, club equipment, facility hire and coaching fees. You can pay your club fees through the club website (link below). Winter club fees are due and payable prior to Thursday 15 May 2025. Anyone who has not paid their fees by this date will be ineligible to play until their fees are paid or a payment plan is established.
Please note that if you intend on playing in both the Senior’s and Women’s Competitions, there will be an option to add on the Senior’s and Women’s fee to your Club Fee. This will cover your entry into both competitions. Links to UMBC Club Fees for the 2025 season will be live soon.

We understand that some players may need support to meet the upfront fee, especially new players that must also invest in uniforms and equipment.
