Baseball is an awesome winter sport for women and girls (13+) looking to compete in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Our program supports all levels of baseball from beginner to advanced.

Since the ’90’s, UMBC has an established, active and welcoming women’s baseball program. Our women’s team plays in the Melbourne Winter Baseball League (MWBL), and the Dandenong Baseball Association (DBA).

UMBC thrives as a leader in women’s winter baseball. With opportunities for both experienced and new players, the league is beginner friendly and provides a competitive environment to both learn the game, and enjoy being active with friends.

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and supportive club accommodating both beginner and experienced players. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all, accepting all female-identifying members and being LGBTQIA+ friendly.
